Cal Gerrer House Museu

CABANAS FOUNDATION

The headquarters of the Cabanas Foundation are located in the old Arpi ceramics factory, popularly known as Cal Gerrer. This unique building was built in 1853 right in front of the Monastery. It integrated ceramic pieces made in the same factory into its façade and ceilings.

Visiting the museum was very pleasant, Mireia's personal attention was great. Thanks again!

Many houses in Sant Cugat used ceramic pieces produced in Cal Gerrer in their construction,

and thus, vestiges of the Arpi family can still be found in the old town of Sant Cugat.
